Club Referee’s Required

Throughout the season there will be games (and in some cases full days of games) in which referees are not supplied by the association, this is where Club Referees are required to step in. By taking on a role as a Club Referee, not only would you be helping your local club out and ensuring that our teams get to play each weekend but you get paid for it as well.

There are still some opportunities for Small Sided Referees. If you are interested in doing this, please contact Jade as listed above.

Trial Games 18th March 2018

This is the time table for trial games that are scheduled for Sunday, March the 18th.

All of the listed games will take place at Marks Oval, the home of Belmont FC.

If your team does not have an opponent listed, the club is still trying to find an opponent for your team for the day.

Reminder: Coaches and Managers Meeting

If you would like to be a coach or manager this season you are required to attend this meeting to collect your team bag and select your training time/day.

It is also a requirement that all coaches/manager have a valid Volunteer Working with Children Check number, if you do not already have one could you please logon to https://www.kidsguardian.nsw.gov.au/

ALDI MiniRoos Certificate

Northern NSW Football are holding an ALDI MiniRoos Certificate at our Lake Macquarie Regional Football Facility. This course is for coaches of players aged 4-8 years old and is an introduction to coaching. This course is a 90 minute course and is completely FREE.

The Course will be focusing on the following:

  • Just letting the children play, that’s how they will learn
  • How to maximise player engagement by providing a challenge
  • Animating practices to make football FUN
