Tonight’s AGM saw most of the major committee positions for the club filled. Congratulations to those who have retained or taken on a new role and thanks to those who have given their time and are now stepping away from committee duties.

Vice President: Steve Harvey
Secretary and Registrar: Joanne Green
Equipment Officer: Darren Jones
Referee Coordinator: Jade Hislop
Website/Facebook Manager: Robert Guy

We have had a couple of others offer assistance however their best fit to the committee is yet to be established. We’ll come up with a plan that suits you and works well for the club. Thanks for putting your hands up.

Positions Still Available

Whilst many of the committee positions have been filled at tonight’s AGM, there are still some important positions available.

We are still on the lookout for a Treasurer, a Canteen Manager and a Canteen Junior.

The Canteen Manager and Junior positions are both paid positions however they are positions that require you in the canteen every (game day) Saturday, usually from 8:00am – 1:00pm but in some cases could be required longer or shorter.

A reminder that the AGM will be held on Thursday 19th September. The meeting will be held at Jewells Tavern and will commence at 6:30pm

We need you to step up and keep the club running.

We have some people stepping down and need others to take on roles. For example, as it stands at the moment we won’t have anyone posting content on the website or Facebook page so communications will be difficult.

If you can spare some time, help out your club. The club only runs if we have volunteers. Some positions need you to spend time at the club while others don’t need you to be at the club at all.

Be someone that makes a difference.
