ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off Your Dream

post
Football Federation Australia (FFA) and Northern NSW Football (NNSWF) have partnered to identify six (6) ALDI MiniRoos Kick-Off Centres throughout regional NSW to allow young players to experience the football fever sweeping over Australia.

The ALDI MiniRoos program, runs for one hour a week over five consecutive weeks and aims to provide both new and existing young football players the opportunity to enjoy the game in a fun and exciting format without having to commit long-term.

Northern NSW Football, Community Manager Pete Haynes said the program is a great way for kids aged between five (5) to ten (10) to kick-off their football dreams.

“We’ve selected six locations throughout regional Northern NSW to provide our regional kids the opportunity to be a part of the excitement surrounding this great sporting event.

“The program is designed with fun in mind, so anyone can come along and each participant takes home a participation pack including an exclusive Caltex Socceroos supporters jersey” said Haynes.

Training in the use of the defibrillator will take place at the clubhouse on MAY 16th at 5.30pm until 6.30pm.

All parents are encouraged to attend.

We hope that we will never have to use this device but in the event that it is required the more people that are able to operate it the more chance we have of effectively using this life saving device.

TEAM DUTY ROSTER Update

post

Just a friendly reminder that each team must assist in volunteer duties. It is the only way that this club can stay up and running. As outlined previously it is the role of the team manager to organise parents for volunteer duties as per the roster. You may discuss with another team if you wish to change a date however please keep the committee informed. If a team fails to show up they will be reallocated another time slot as highlighted in the updated roster.

Changes to the roster are highlighted in yellow.

Please refer Team Duty Roster. It is the responsibility of team Managers to organise sufficient numbers of volunteers in order to ensure smooth running of our game day facilities. Parents please check and confirm with team Managers their allotted date and times. For any issues with duty roster allocations parents should refer to their team manager. Your help here is greatly appreciated.

Volunteer requirements are listed below:

Ground Setup:

3 x volunteers required on the ground no later than 7.00am

Canteen:

1 x volunteer required per hour from 9am until 3pm.

BBQ Pit:

2 x volunteers required per hour from 9am until 3pm.

Your help and assistance is greatly appreciated.

Cadbury Chocolate Fundraiser

Dear Parents and Players,

We’re about to kick off a fundraising drive to raise money for Belmont Football Club.

It would be great if you could roll up your sleeves and help. The good news is that this fundraiser is super simple… and delicious.

Cadbury Fundraiser: we’re selling Cadbury Chocolates

Every box of chocolate we sell will raise money to help the club buy equipment. So we’re asking all members of our club to sell at least one box for us. Feel free to grab another box if you’ve got lots of hungry buyers lined up!

Please collect your box of chocolates on:
Date: 5th May At: Belmont FC Clubhouse

Tips for selling your treats
• Each item sells for $1
• Sell to family members, colleagues, friends or neighbours
• We don’t recommend that children sell the products – if they are involved, please ensure an adult is with them at all times

Other useful information

Please return your money collected to the clubhouse in the envelope provided no later than 2nd June.

Money envelopes collected will go into a barrel to win a fantastic prize. The more boxes sold the more chances to win!!

Thanks for your support.
