Ok, so it’s not that we think Belmont FC isn’t great already but for it to continue being great and to for it to be even better takes work. A small amount of work by a lot of people can make a massive difference to the running of the club.
Sometimes people shy away from helping as they “don’t have the time”. We aren’t asking anyone to give up all of their spare time, we have many roles within the club that don’t take a lot of time and some roles that don’t even require you to be at the club. Sure, if you are inclined to help out and take on one of the committee positions that need to be filled we want you too, but even these positions don’t need to take all of your spare time.
Helping out a community club is a fantastic way to make a difference, meet people and feel fulfilled knowing that you are making a difference.
If you can spare some time, please let us know. We aren’t asking you to give up everything, we understand priorities and just need people to give as much time as they are feel they can spare.

We need to elect/re-elect a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary on the night as well as confirmation of the Club Constitution.

All nomination forms must be returned by 20th October 2018. You are also welcome to turn up and ask questions about any roles.

We will send out some information shortly for our Annual General Meeting. It would be great to have a few more people put their hands up for a committee position or just help out in any way possible. We are always looking for helpers.

We wish to advise that the clubhouse will be open on 18th September 2018 from 6pm until 7.30pm so that outstanding team kits can be returned.
If you are unable to make it then please bring team kits or any outstanding gear to presentation day.
Team Managers/Coaches please return all outstanding team kits to the clubhouse this Monday 3rd September. The clubhouse will be open from 6:00pm to 7.30pm. Please ensure that you have all the team shirts that were issued as these are required for next years teams.
Note: Teams participating in the Valentine Gala Day please return team kits on Presentation Day
